Do more with the team you have

Make great service
easier to deliver.

Every routine question takes time. Give people an easier way to get help and give your staff more time for the work that needs their attention.

01

Give customers
a better experience.

Make it easier to find an answer, reach the right person and take the next step, even when your team is busy.

02

Free your team
from repeat questions.

Offer self-service help for everyday requests so employees can spend more time solving problems and building relationships.

03

Keep sales
opportunities moving.

Help interested buyers understand their options and connect with your sales team while their interest is fresh.

Where it makes a difference

Three ways to put
better service to work.

Start where customers or staff spend time waiting, searching or asking the same questions.

01 / Reception & visitor service

A better welcome.
A less stretched front desk.

Help visitors find their way, check service hours and reach the right department. A lobby kiosk or digital assistant gives routine questions a place to go while staff help the people who need personal attention.

The business benefit: More capacity to welcome and assist people with the team already in place.

For offices, campuses and service centers.

02 / Showrooms & product sales

Help buyers move
from interest to action.

Give buyers a convenient way to learn about products, compare approved information and find a sales contact. Keep them engaged when a specialist is with another customer.

The business benefit: Better-informed buyers and more opportunities for your team to have a useful sales conversation.

For specialty retailers, equipment showrooms and manufacturers.

03 / Meeting & training spaces

Keep meetings moving.
Give support time back.

Make help with starting a meeting, sharing a screen and using room equipment easy to find. Guide people through common steps and show them how to reach support when they need it.

The business benefit: Less time lost to familiar room problems and fewer repeat requests for the support team.

For workplaces, classrooms and training centers.

One location is enough to start the conversation.

Start with the space you have

A small reception desk.
A busy lobby.
A helpful welcome.

You can start with a tablet on a counter or make assistance easy to spot with a freestanding kiosk. We help choose the right fit for your space and the people using it.

Reception Desk Assistant

A simple place to start.

An iPad or compatible tablet in a compact stand gives visitors a welcoming first stop when your receptionist is helping someone else.

  • Explain office hours and visitor information
  • Give directions to rooms and departments
  • Show visitors how to reach the right contact

A good fit for: Small offices, shared reception areas and satellite locations.

Lobby Welcome Kiosk

Help that’s easy to find.

A larger screen and a visible presence give visitors a clear place to turn for guidance in a busy or unfamiliar building.

  • Help people find their next destination
  • Answer common questions about your location
  • Provide an agreed path to your team

A good fit for: Larger offices, campuses, showrooms and service centers.

Before you take the next step

A practical place
to start.

Can we start with one location?

Yes. We can scope a first project around one location, one product area or a small group of rooms. That gives you a focused way to evaluate the experience before expanding.

Will customers still be able to reach our staff?

We’ll define that path with you, whether it’s contact information, a call or another agreed next step. The approach depends on your service needs and staff availability.

Do we have to buy a kiosk?

No. A simple iPad or compatible tablet on a reception stand may be enough. A freestanding kiosk offers a larger, more visible screen. Phone or website assistance may suit other needs. We’ll recommend the right fit.

How will we know whether it’s worthwhile?

Start with the outcome that matters: fewer repeated requests, easier access to help or more sales conversations. We’ll agree on what to evaluate and include setup and ongoing service costs in your proposal.

What happens after we get in touch?

We’ll discuss your priorities, suggest a practical starting point and explain what a first project could include. You don’t need a technical plan to begin.
